By accessing and using SecureShield's website, mobile application, and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
"Company" or "SecureShield"
Refers to SecureShield Insurance Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
"Services"
Refers to all insurance-related services provided through our platform, including but not limited to insurance comparison, quote generation, policy purchase, and claims assistance.
"User" or "Customer"
Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
Role as Intermediary
SecureShield acts as an insurance intermediary and facilitates the purchase of insurance products from various insurance companies. We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite insurance policies.
Quotes and Pricing
Insurance quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing and terms are determined by the insurance company and may vary from the initial quote.
Policy Terms
All insurance policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance company. We recommend carefully reviewing all policy documents before purchase.
Payment Processing
Payments for insurance premiums are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Service Fees
We may charge service fees for certain services, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the terms of the insurance company and applicable regulations. We will assist you in processing refunds and cancellations as per the applicable terms.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
Information Accuracy
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our platform, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SecureShield and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
